Tale processo, consistente nella contemporanea applicazione di calore e pressione, determina la fluidizzazione e la policondensazione delle resine, risultando in un materiale omogeneo, antigraffio, non poroso, antibatterico e modificabile per essere integrato in modo complanare con qualsiasi accessorio.
