Our 7000-square-foot molding facility houses all of the machines and tools we need to produce high-quality injection molded components, including six horizontal injection molding machines with 88 to 618 ton clamping capacities and 5 to 132 ounce shot capacities, hot stamping machines, and ultrasonic welders. This equipment accommodates a range of plastic materials, including commodity-grade plastics and polymers (polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene) and engineering materials (nylons, polycarbonates, ABS). It enables our team to produce parts and products to tight tolerances (±.0005 inches, depending on product dimensions and material) and in prototype or full production volumes.
