Installed at over 100 customers' plants worldwide, our dedusting solution is perfectly adapted to plastic closures of the beverage industry but also extends its efficiency to caps of the food, wine & spirits (metal and T-corks) and pharmaceutical sectors. High hygiene standards. Positive pressure prevents caps within the conveying system from being contaminated by microparticles from the ambient air. A clean environment is kept at the exit of the cap orienter. 99.9% efficiency is achieved with a ten times longer exposure time than existing solutions, to remove dust over 50 μm.
